I've just bought an Online Paint Along. What happens now?

You should receive a couple of emails from me. One will be the receipt for your purchase and the other will contain the website linkyou'll need to access your Online course.

Remember to check your spam or junk folder in case it's gone there by accident.

Please email me if you have any problems or if this doesn't happen within 24 hours.

 

I've just signed up for a Studio Paint Along. What happens now?

You'll receive an email confirming your purchase immediately. 

A couple of days before your session we will send you a reminder email with location details.

Please arrive just in time for your session to start (I don't open the doors early).

Wear your painting clothes and bring anything you'd like to eat or drink. I'll have everything else you'll need.

Don't forget your sense of adventure and humour!

 

My Gift Voucher code doesn't work?

I have recently changed my shop/booking system so that Gift Vouchers can be used across the entire shop.

If you are having trouble using your voucher code, please let me know.

 

My circumstances have changed and I can't make the Paint Along I have booked. What do I do?

Please remember, our cancellation policy is 48 HOURS before your scheduled class.

To cancel, please send an email and we will send you a refund.

It's a lot like buying a ticket to a show or something, really. Places at Paint Alongs are usually pretty popular, and I'm a very small business with limited times available for Paint Alongs. So, to keep the prices as they are, I don't want to have any unpaid for seats if at all possible.

Any cancellations after this 48 hour in advance time period WILL NOT be refunded or transferred to another class.

Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. But please also know your spot is fully transferable. You are always welcome to send someone in your place if you or a family member is sick, etc…

I realise this sounds very serious and grumpy, but I really do appreciate your help with this side of things.
